A little story

It was 8:30 in the Evening on Nantes during Hellfest, I had a dead cell phone and I asked a very obnoxious Frenchman what time it was (in English, which is sacrilege for them), he answered that it was 8 o’clock and I thought “ok I have 30 minutes to eat something that might looks like food”, I grabbed a sandwich flavored with hatred towards the French cuisine and calmly went to the photographers pit, Laurie, the stage manager told me “Daniele you are a little late, you know there is the three songs policy“.

I managed to take just two fleeting photos as a memento, sad and heartbroken since it was the first time I had been able to see them since the 2010 reunion, not knowing that, sadly, Chris Cornell would pass away three years later.

I leave you with just these two photos as a memento and this photo below, which is currently among my favorite photos ever taken at a festival.
